How can we buy early from miners that are willing to sell their fair share?
Hello folks, I’m excited about the POW project. Any updates on when we’ll be able to start mining? I’ve got a few GPUs sitting idle since Ethereum died.

when block explorer? As someone who has been mining since 2013 and has experienced both transparent and questionable PoW launches, I’m interested in your block explorer plans. Early access to a functional explorer is crucial for the mining community to verify fair distribution, network health, and overall protocol transparency - especially during the critical initial mining phase. Do you have a timeline for releasing a block explorer? Will it be available before or at least simultaneously with the ‘dumbnet’ launch?
Given that your whitepaper emphasizes fairness with ‘no premine’, having a public explorer from day one would strongly validate this commitment to transparency.

hi all~ belated merry christmas!
had a fantastic time at the launch party in austin: inspired by the ethos, aesthetics, and politics of nock and very excited to participate!
that being said, i’m new to the world of mining, brand new in fact, so i’m wondering how the rollout generally works.
is the PoW mining software released and then miners simply download it and get started with whatever CPU they have handy or is it be more technical than that in terms of setup?
basically, are there any preparatory steps i can take now (even if that just means reading up on analogous systems or familiarizing myself with certain technical steps)?

Generally speaking, yes. It’s hard to say which CPUs will be competitive without knowing which mining algo is used and seeing benchmarks.
