Trying to bootstrap choo

hi, im getting back into nockapp dev and i can’t seem to bootstrap choo.
Specifically no out.jam seems to be created in /.data.choo/jams/ after running

…/…/target/debug/choo --new …/hoon-deps/lib/hoon-139.hoon

logs below

i fix it, but i don’t understand what i did but it works! all thx to a mysterious helper who will not be named! and i will never tell
